  • Sent off a LGOIMA(Local Govt Official Information request) a few days ago to Nelson City Council, regarding obtaining copies of the analysis of water samples taken from the south branch of the upper Maitai river (where Nelson gets it's drinking water from(not the dam as everybody wrongly assumes..) over the last year.

The reasons for asking are several - after exploring the towns supply watershed, it appears there may be arsenic bearing ores in the vicinity of the mineral belt, and also useful to get a base level analysis, if Doc&co decide to poison the area in the future.

  • This is a really interesting article, as it highlights how in order to boost a potential market, be it shares, property etc that some people will rig the commercial system, as there really is money in falsifying an items value in order to increase the overall value of a portfolio or similar asset group.

I believe this is happening in NZ with the property market, as it is in the best interests for real estate agents for properties to be worth more, as they get a higher % when it sells.

And I have noticed some small scrappy pieces of land in terrible locations and with no real virtues, being marketed and sold at ridiculous prices (considering it has no real useful value), and that this fits in with how NZ was planned and structured from inception by the NZcompany i.e. keep property prices high so as to ensure a workforce is kept working.

In NZ the so called "kiwi dream" is to work hard all your life for a house with a quarter action section and a workers cottage.

  • Just been reading a very interesting book about the NZ law society - it even acknowledges the first law past in NZ was by a NZ parliament assembled at Waitangi in approx 1835-37 operating with the assistance of James Busby, official British resident(under NSW Governor Gipps) and was about the control of alcohol, imports and distribution.

    - so its always been alcohol that caused controversy requiring laws and regulation.

The book also mentions lawyers are beholden to the mistress common-law.

And it also mentions how the NZ law society has paid for judges graves to be improved and maintained, indicating the separation between the law society and judges is not particularly significant.

Whats also interesting is the coat of arms shown on the front of the book cover is quite different to the real worldwide law societies coat of arms.

    - Also admiralty law features on the coat of arms displayed on the books cover - the wavy white/blue lines on the bottom of the shield.
    - Nelson city council has similar waves on it's flag it got in 1986, that make Nelson a Bishops See(The church/pope is also big on admiralty law, also known as commercial law/International law.

The word for rights in latin is rectum.

The pics a bit blurry, but at the top of the coat of arms shown on the book cover is an owl - wise as an owl etc, also known as a symbol used by free masonry.

  • As a member of the NZpublic what are the options when experiencing less then the legislated minimum standard of criminal procedure in the courts? (NZBORA Section 25)

Can't go to the police, and the courts are so far up their own arses they are of no obvious use either.

Am thinking to file proceedings in the high court for defamation by police who have told media a false version of events and it was subsequently published, and they are also perverting the course of justice by refusing to release requested further disclosure that shows their perjury and libel.

The courts have a reputation for throwing the Nelson police under the bus when their frauds get exposed, what a tedious process to go through and to have to endure though.

    Cruel and unusual punishments
Lawyers proving organised crimes are occurring in the NZcourts
pushed out Police complaining about being offered(and refusing) large bribes.

At this rate the Nelson public will become experienced litigators due to widespread crown corruption.

    It's getting real bad, intolerable.

    Ideas?

  • So have been looking into roading caselaw in NZ for a while now and have some really good information on that topic, and recently also found a comprehensive crown website that timelines the NZgovts incremental changes to the road policing duties, which do clash with the publics rights on the roads.

It appears to me that this is a classic clash between the common good, which is civil law and usually about safety and regulation vs the common right, which is common-law, and more about the rights of the individual and ensuring individual liberty is maintained.

It does also seem to me that the govts more restrictive and imposing regulations that restrict the publics rights are clearly ultra-vires(acting beyond the scope of their authority), and would have more credibility if the crown had patents on automobiles, which they do not appear to have - . An example is random breath testing, which came into effect in 1984.

Just to be clear I am all for safe roads and responsible driving, however when the police force is extremely corrupt these kind of powers get mis-used, and currently there are multiple indications the NZpolice force has been corrupted and are being mis-used to punitively restrict the public on their own roads, this combined with the zero carbon emissions UN agenda shows pretty clearly (to me) that the public are going to be forced off the publicly owned roads in the near future and the roads will be restricted for commercial use (and probably private use by the elite).

In 1992 the NZ traffic officers combined with the NZ police and many traffic officers retired, and a lot of NZroading caselaw knowledge was effectively lost to the NZ police force.
